BROHOLM is a duplex apartment in Charlottenlund less than 20 minutes from Nørreport st. The apartment is situated on a quiet street with easy access to everyday shopping within 5 minutes walk. There are 6 bedrooms where two have a private balcony and there are two bathrooms. The common dining and lounge area is furnished and designed in a Nordic minimalistic style and the landing on the first floor has a cozy sofa area and a small dining table for smaller parties. The landing also provides access to a 100m2 roof top terrace, furnished with outdoor seatings and decorated with green plants.

The great layout spread the rooms out through the apartment and the common areas benefits from plenty of space and slanted ceilings which is super cozy (hygge!). The 250m2 apartment hosts a large entrance hall with access to one of the bathrooms with shower as well as a bedroom and a common wardrobe. The large common living / dining area allow all the Coliving members to be either eating together or enjoying each of their own activity, whether that being dining, watching a movie or playing a game of back gammon. On the other side or the common area a hallway will take you to the rest of the bedrooms, the second bathroom which has a bathtub, utility area, storage rooms and a large kitchen at the end. During the late 1800’s, the urban population grew rapidly meaning that working class quarters shot up outside the Inner City - and Nørrebro was one of these quarters. Also, during the 1960’s and 70’s a shortage in the Danish labour force led to a vast amount of migrant workers coming to Copenhagen - and a lot of them settled in Nørrebro. Today, Nørrebro is a hip, youthful and multicultural neighbourhood. Go for a run around the Copenhagen Lakes, have a great bistro dinner at Skt. Hans Torv, or explore a fantastic selection of Middle Eastern and Asian specialties from the many local merchant-shops.
