What is the minimum and maximum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 3 months.

How long can I stay?

You can stay as long as you like as your lease will be time unlimited.

Termination notice

You have one month's termination notice. Please provide written termination notice at the end of the month (earliest the 2nd, to comply with the minimum rental period of 3 months).

How do I know I'll feel at home in my house's coliving community

To make sure you are a good fit for our Coliving communities, We ask you to tell a bit about yourself (occupation, interests, age, gender, nationality etc.) Using this information, we do our best to take culture and people diversity into consideration when offering the Coliving rooms, to ensure a community- and network oriented environment that is positive for everyone.

Do you require a security deposit?

Yes, we do require one months of rent as a deposit. When you vacate the room, you are asked to send in your bank details and the deposit will be returned in full within 30 days thereafter, provided that you haven't caused any damages.

What is included in my rent?

The monthly rent includes all utilities, wifi, chromecast, weekly cleaning, stock-up on basics (olive oil, salt & pepper, toilet paper, detergent, hand soap, etc.), fully furnished room and a fully equipped kitchen.

When do I have to start paying?

when signing the lease, first invoice will be sent for payment (first months rent plus one months deposit). The payment is to be received before move-in can be arranged. Please note that payment can be done by bank transfer or credit card. We do not accept cash!

Can I take a double room as a single individual?

Yes, of course. If you prefer more space, you are welcome to book a double room as a single.

When should I arrive at my apartment for the first time?

We will meet & greet you and show you around the apartment.Your move-in will be arranged within our business hours which are Mo-Thu 10am to 3.30 and Fri 10-am to 3pm.

Can I do my CPR-registration with coliving?

Of course you can, you can register CPR at all Coliving rooms

How do I watch TV in my Coliving space?

The TV's in your Coliving apartment will be equipped with a Chromecast which allows you to use your own streaming Apps to watch all your favourites! Furthermore, all TV's are connected to the wifi, so you can download the apps directly to the TV instead of casting them.

Emergency calls

If you have an emergency outside of our business hours, e.g. water leak, electricity default or other issues which need attention and cannot wait until the morning, please call our main no. +45 8833 8838 and wait to be transferred to the 24h emergency line.

Living in a Movinn Coliving apartment is pretty convenient to be honest. There is a lot of included service and a lot of common stocks to make your stay trouble-free and easy and to facilitate the best possible coliving atmosphere and social comfort for you and your roommates.

Obviously, you have to add the social aspect yourself - play board games, movie night, cook together and hang out as much as you like – and retire to your private space when you need to.

It is up to you. We will keep the home tidy and stocked – and we will do our best to make everybody happy.
