BROHOLM is a duplex apartment in Charlottenlund less than 20 minutes from Nørreport st. The apartment is situated on a quiet street with easy access to everyday shopping within 5 minutes walk. There are 6 bedrooms where two have a private balcony and there are two bathrooms. The common dining and lounge area is furnished and designed in a Nordic minimalistic style and the landing on the first floor has a cozy sofa area and a small dining table for smaller parties. The landing also provides access to a 100m2 roof top terrace, furnished with outdoor seatings and decorated with green plants.

During the late 1800’s, the urban population grew rapidly meaning that working class quarters shot up outside the Inner City - and Nørrebro was one of these quarters. Also, during the 1960’s and 70’s a shortage in the Danish labour force led to a vast amount of migrant workers coming to Copenhagen - and a lot of them settled in Nørrebro. Today, Nørrebro is a hip, youthful and multicultural neighbourhood. Go for a run around the Copenhagen Lakes, have a great bistro dinner at Skt.
